Get Live Delivery Rates with the Delivery Estimator Widget

CupsDirect features a Live Delivery Rates Widget. Using just a postcode the widget will provide Instant Prices, Delivery Dates and Times.

How To Get a Rate:

Simply Add product to Cart - Click Checkout and enter your Postcode. The widget will quickly identify all services available during the checkout process based on the current time and date.

Despatch

We despatch our products Monday to Friday, and we are closed on weekends. Weekend deliveries only take place if a Saturday or Sunday service has been purchased.

All products pages list the volumes, sizes and dimensions for every item available. These are quoted in the main information table located just below the main product image.

Sample requests are now handled using the Sample Order Feature - Prices start from £4.95+VAT for a bundle. To order a sample please navigate to the "Product Sample Packs" Page. Please do not telephone requesting a sample.
VAT invoices are now sent by email as a PDF attachment. Invoices are emailed within a few hours of placing your order. Official copies can no longer be instantly reprinted from the account area, if you require a copy VAT invoice you will need to request this…

We now operate a full SSL store - every page is now encrypted (not just the checkout) and secured with the green padlock in your browser this makes CupsDirect very secure as its not possible for a third party to intercept any information that isnt encrypted. The majority of our online competitors are not currently using full SSL.
More about SSL: When you shop with CupsDirect all the data and information sent to us via the World Wide Web is encrypted. If an internet user should manage to intercept the communication he/she will only ever see it in encrypted (garbled) form. The SSL certificate technology (identified by the padlock in your browser bar above) allows us to decrypt the data and view it in plain text form. We now have a handy “Compatible With” Widget that is loaded directly into product page where required. This nifty widget will only show compatible products that fit the product you are currently browsing. Shop for the Cup or Tray first - then choose your perfect lid!
To assist with our growing collection of products - We designed the “Compatible with Widget” to help you find the correct lid quickly and hassle free.
Where products have optional sizes – please make sure you have selected the size first (as indicated by arrow in image below). Our widget will instantly display the correct lid for the cup or tray you are browsing - and also the correct tray or cups if you are browsing the lids directly.
