Half Pint & One Pint Range - Premium Tuff Beer Tumblers Plastic KaterGlass..
THIS RANGE HAS MINIMAL SQUEEZE OR FLEX IN THE HAND..
Available in 10oz or 12oz (Half Pint) and 20oz or 22oz (Pint). The Tuff Katerglass range of beer glasses are manufactured using the injection moulded process; it is this process that gives our Tuff Beer Tumbler, strong rigid and consistent wall strength making the tumbler very easy to handle. Both pint variants are CE marked. The rolled rim gives excellent drinking comfort; all in - the pint tuff tumblers are the higher quality alternative to the cheaper vacuum formed tumblers.
The 10oz Option:
Flush Fill (Brimful) Half Pint Cup CE marked - The 10oz tuff tumbler has the advantage of not overfilling or wasting any product during serving.
The 12oz Option:
Oversize Half Pint Cup - CE Line at 10oz and 12oz is you max fill at Brim. Gives you room from frothy head and reduces spillages.
The 20oz Option:
Flush Fill (Brimful) Pint Cup CE marked - The 20oz tuff tumbler has the advantage of not overfilling or wasting any product during serving.
The 22oz Option:
Oversize Pint Cup - CE Line at 20oz and 22oz is you max fill at Brim. Gives you room from frothy head and reduces spillages.
Vacuum Forming Vrs. Injection Moulding:
Typically most disposable beer tumblers are normally vacuum formed, (plastic is stretched over a cup shaped mould) Vacuum forming is fast and produces very cost effective product, a potential downside is the cup wall is thinner and flexible - thus creating the problem where the cup can be squeezed and precious beer can be pushed and spill out of the tumbler. The injection moulding process is much the opposite, so our Tuff Kater glasses cannot be squeezed - are much thicker and ridged, however the manufacturing cost comes at premium and pushes the product price up.
